Gurloveen Dullat is the founder of Dullat Law, where she is responsible for guiding clients within the legal framework of Real Estate, Wills & Estates and Corporate Law. Gurloveen has extensive experience in working with small businesses and entrepreneurs, in which she works to ensure that her clients are well protected when it comes to their legal interests. Such legal interests include negotiating manufacturing agreements, assignment of rights for formulas, partnership agreements, purchase and sale of assets and shares, franchise agreements, shareholder agreements, and estate planning.

Prior to founding Dullat Law, Gurloveen spent over 5 years within the legal industry where she navigated clients through the consequences of poorly executed contracts. Through this experience, Gurloveen developed a strong passion in providing clients with the protection they need in order to focus on their interests without the concern of legal repercussions.

Gurloveen is a barrister and solicitor certified by the Law Society of Ontario, a notary public, a member within the Canadian Bar Association, and Toronto Lawyers Association.
